EULA - End User License Agreement

The Software "Universal accounting" and the documentation are the property of SE Adrian Kaempfen and are therefore protected by copyright.

The program may only be used on a single computer and must belong to or be in the possession of the buyer. But the license can be transferred to another computer.

Without the prior written consent of ITExpress, the following is not permitted: - Copying, changing or transmitting, electronically or otherwise, of the program or the documentation. - Compiling, disassembling or uncompiling the program. - The renting and lending of the program.

The place of jurisdiction is Grenchen (Solothurn / Switzerland). Should be different Terms and conditions indicate different places of jurisdiction, so is hereby Grenchen agreed as the place of jurisdiction. It is expressly agreed that the Swiss Code of Obligations will apply.
